How do I extend my warranty?

Register the product in your account and tick Extend warranty with +1 year. Add the date you bought it and the serial number. That adds one year to the warranty.

Before you start

You first need an account. Please follow the steps in How do I register an account?.

Steps

1. Open your products and choose Register product.
2. Choose the product, and the edition if it asks.
3. Choose where you bought it. If that was our website, add the order number.
4. Tick Extend warranty with +1 year.
5. Enter the date of purchase and the serial number. Please see more details for where it is in the "Where do I find the serial number of my product?".
6. Choose Register product.

If it doesn't work

The extra year is added from the purchase date, on top of the two-year warranty. Please see more details for what is covered in the "What is the warranty policy?".
