You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when using this website and/or placing an order from this website. AIAIAI reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We therefore recommend you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.
Orders can be placed on the website and are not binding until AIAIAI has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Once you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within 2 business days.
We operate Mon-Fri except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you promptly. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email. When you place an order, all data is encoded to and from the website by SSL (Secure Socket Layers).
You can pay online by Visa, MasterCard, Dankort, American Express or PayPal. Note that not all options will be available in all countries. If you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at 25%. For all countries outside the EU and USA local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information. Shipping costs will be added to your order and indicated prior to final payment. Please refer to Payment & Shipping for some general rates. All our shipments are sent by UPS, DHL, FedEx, GLS or Post Danmark from our warehouses in Denmark, USA and Hong Kong respectively. The estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days to EU-countries and the USA and 5-10 business days to all other countries. If an order is placed after 01.00 pm CET on Friday, the process of this order will start the following Monday.
Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative. In addition AIAIAI reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation.
When purchasing from our webshop, AIAIAI gives you a 30-days money back guarantee from the day of delivery, not covering shipping costs and additional duties and/or taxes. If you want to request a refund you need to contact our support team within 30 days and return your product exactly as received - in perfect, unused condition and packaging. Failure to return the product in its original condition will result in no refund, and the product will be sent back to you.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We will not compensate for products that have been lost during shipping, so we recommend to send the return with a traceable service so it can be located. We will not accept responsibility for delays in customs process outside the EU.
We do not offer a free return service, and AIAIAI will therefore not cover the shipping cost for returning the products. This has been decided by us due to the exploitation by some customers who buy products without any need, which is strictly contradicting our values and sustainable agenda.
Refunds will be made to the credit card, which has been used when ordering, within two weeks after having received the returned item. Faulty products that have been purchased from our webshop can be replaced or refunded within 30 days after delivery. Please contact us through general enquiries for more information. For products that become faulty after the 30 days guarantee or have been purchased from an authorized reseller, we offer a two-years limited warranty. Please refer to our warranty section for more information.
In our store in Copenhagen, Studio A, you have the possibility of exchanging items bought on aiaiai.audio. You may exchange it for a different item or get a refund. If you wish to return an item bought online in Studio A, the used credit card for purchase will be credited within 14 days. Please bring the receipt you received via email when you placed your order. If the item is a gift, you will have to ask the person who gave it to you for the receipt.
During the period of force majeure the above obligations and rights are suspended. As force majeure are considered all unforeseeable and unavoidable events, such as acts of God, war or labour disputes. Should such a situation arise, we will inform you and try to solve the situation as best as we can.
