What is the warranty policy?

Most AIAIAI products have a two-year warranty from the day you bought them, if you bought from an authorised seller. Registering in the membership program adds a year. A Remixed product has one year.

How it works

The two years cover TMA-1 and TMA-2 headphones, UNIT-4, and every other AIAIAI product. It covers a defect in the materials or the workmanship, in normal use. We repair or replace it.

The product needs to reach us within those two years, with proof of purchase that shows the date.

Signing up for the membership program and registering the product adds one year.

Exceptions

B-stock, and a second-hand product from a seller who is not authorised, are not covered. Neither is ordinary wear, misuse, use against the instructions, taking the product apart, or an event outside anyone's control. Dropping the headphones, getting them wet, loss and theft end the warranty too.

A Remixed product has a one-year warranty. The two-year warranty does not apply. The Remixed terms are on the terms and conditions page.

How to get help

Tell us about the fault. We reply by email within 2 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, except public holidays. If it is covered and we need the product, we send instructions for the return, then a replacement. If it is not covered, we say so and help where we can.
