How do I exchange products?

We can't swap it over directly. Send it back for a refund, then order the one you want. If we haven't processed the order yet, cancelling is the quicker way.

How it works

We can't exchange a product, and we can't edit an order once it is placed.

While Cancel is still on the order, cancel it and order the other product. That saves you the return postage. Please follow the steps in How do I cancel my order?.
