What is the warranty for Remixed products?

Please note: For products purchased through the AIAIAI Remixed program, a one-year limited warranty applies. The general 2-year warranty terms and conditions do not extend to these items. For detailed terms and conditions specific to Remixed purchases, please refer to the AIAIAI Terms and Conditions page.

Claiming Warranty Service

If you believe your AIAIAI product is defective and covered by our warranty, please initiate a warranty claim by contacting us through our Support Page.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Submit the Contact Form: Fill out the contact form in our Support Page with details about the issue.
2. Await Response: Our team will review your submission and contact you via email within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
3. Return Instructions: In the event that your product is deemed defective, covered by warranty, and we find it necessary, we will provide instructions to return the product to one of our facilities.
4. Replacement: Upon receiving your return, we will process it and issue a replacement.

Please note:If it is determined that your product is not eligible to be covered by our warranty, we will inform you and do our best to assist you in resolving the problem.
