How do I change my shipping address?

We can't change the shipping address once the order is placed. If we haven't processed it yet, cancel it and place it again with the right address.

How it works

The same goes for any other change. Once the order is placed, we can't edit it.

Cancel stays available while we haven't processed it, usually within two business days. Use the same email you ordered with.

How to get help

Open your orders. If Cancel is there, cancel this one and place a new order.
