Which products are eligible for Trade-in?
While we would love to accept all AIAIAI products for trade-in, some items are unfortunately ineligible due to safety, hygiene, or repair challenges.
Please see below which products are eligible for trade-in:

We will evaluate the trade in based on the products overall condition and cosmetic flaws. We don't accept trade-in's for non- functional products and we don't accept TMA-1.
Our engineers will verify your products and issue a voucher code that can be used when shopping on aiaiai.audio. The promo code can be used to buy both new as well as reworked products.
Please note that it will not be possible to get remixed vouchers for products for which already received replacement vouchers or upgrade vouchers.
