How do I trade-in my products?

The trade-in process works like this:

1. Become an AIAIAI member and register your product: Membership
2. Fill out the Trade-in form to initiate a Trade-in: En
3. You send in your AIAIAI product(s).
4. When we receive the product(s), our AIAIAI team will inspect them.
5. You will receive a voucher with credit based on the trade-in value.
6. The voucher can be used on Aiaiai.Audio to buy either used, new or both.

Your exact store credit will be determined after we receive and inspect each item.
