AIAIAI x Brain Dead, Round 2

We’re back with Brain Dead for another collaboration, our second this year, with the LA-based creative collective known for its global influence and unmistakably bold design language. This latest drop leans into a distinctly ’90s gamer aesthetic, merging translucent purple finishes with a chrome-plated edge to create a look that’s both nostalgic and unmistakably forward-thinking.

At the center of the release are two custom pieces. The UNIT-4 studio monitors arrive in translucent purple with a polished chrome grill, while Tracks headphones are reimagined in matching purple with deep indigo ear pads. The visuals are pure Brain Dead, while the sound remains true to AIAIAI’s reputation for high-fidelity audio and uncompromising clarity.

Out now, this limited collection is available exclusively through AIAIAI and Brain Dead’s online stores, as well as select retailers around the world. After the success of our previous partnership, we wanted to push deeper, merging Brain Dead’s expressive, genre-defying design language with our modular, sustainable approach to audio technology.

The Tracks headphones deliver precise full-spectrum sound through AIAIAI’s signature 40mm drivers, now wrapped in Brain Dead’s unmistakable color treatments and graphic sensibility. At the same time, the UNIT-4 wireless studio monitors offer true studio-level performance with the freedom of cable-free listening, each one marked with custom visual motifs created exclusively for this drop.

Reflecting on the partnership, AIAIAI Co-Founder Frederik Jørgensen shared that collaborating with Brain Dead “always sparks something new—there’s a shared belief in challenging conventions and staying true to creative identity. This continued partnership celebrates that freedom and the communities that inspire it.”

AIAIAI × Brain Dead stands as a celebration of sound without borders and an exploration of technology, design, and creative community brought together in one unified expression.
