In our series In Good Company, we visit record shops we love around the world and ask a few questions to get a glimpse into their world. For this month, we head off to Glasgow to check in with Rubadub.

Rubadub has been a fixture of Glasgow’s electronic music scene since 1992, serving as a primary hub for hardware obsessives and wax hunters alike. Step inside their Howard Street space and you’ll find modular synth rigs sitting side-by-side with heavy dub, raw Scottish techno, hard-to-find electro pressings, and all the in betweens. The crew lives and breathes the culture without an ounce of elitism, making the shop feel more like a community listening room than a standard retail space.
