Update your H10 headband with the below firmware update process.

Firmware 1.1.2 (latest) improvements:

• Volume setting now saved between power off and on
• No longer auto shut down during Skype/Teams calls
• Other minor improvements

How to update in iOS products:
Please download the AIAIAI AUDIO H10 App.

1. Start by making sure your H10 is switched to bluetooth mode and connected to your phone
2. You now need to enter pairing mode again. You can do this by pressing the volume up and down buttons at the same time for 4 seconds
3. Proceed to the app and follow the instructions bellow

How to update in Windows:

1. Download the AIAIAI Updater for Windows: Download.
2. Open the file and go through the installation process.
3. Please make sure to select Qualcomm USB Debug Drivers under the Qualcomm Combo Digital Architecture Drivers setup.  
4. Click "Begin"
5. Turn on your H10 in Bluetooth mode (make sure the switch on the headband is set to Bluetooth)
6. Connect your H10 to your PC with the USB-C cable.
7. Please choose "H10" and click "Update".
8. Confirm the correct product and complete the update.

If the AIAIAI Updater is unable to connect to your device immediately following the installation, please reboot your computer and try again.
