AIAIAI Product Warranty

AIAIAI is committed to providing high-quality audio products. We offer a limited warranty to ensure your peace of mind and satisfaction with your purchase.

General Warranty Policy

AIAIAI provides a 2-year limited warranty on TMA-1 and TMA-2 headphones, UNIT-4 Studio Monitors, as well as a 2-year limited warranty on all other AIAIAI products. The warranty period begins from the date of the original purchase. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship that may arise during normal use. To be eligible for warranty coverage, products must be purchased from an authorized AIAIAI distributor or reseller. AIAIAI will either repair or replace the defective product at its discretion: The product must be returned to our service facility within the warranty period, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase that clearly states the date of the original transaction.

For customers who sign up for our membership program, and register their product in accordance with the specified requirements, AIAIAI offers an extension to the general warranty policy by 1 year.

Exclusions

Please be aware that products purchased as b-stock or second-hand from non-authorized retailers are not covered by this warranty. The warranty is also limited and does not extend to the following: Normal Wear and Tear, Misuse of the Product, Use Contrary to Instructions, Unauthorized Disassembly or Acts of God. You will also void warranty if you drop your headphones or dip them in water, or in instances of loss or theft.

Warranty for Products purchased through the AIAIAI Remixed program

Please note: For products purchased through the AIAIAI Remixed program, a one-year limited warranty applies. The general 2-year warranty terms and conditions do not extend to these items. For detailed terms and conditions specific to Remixed purchases, please refer to the AIAIAI Terms and Conditions page.

Claiming Warranty

If you believe your AIAIAI product is defective and covered by our warranty, please initiate a warranty claim by contacting us through our Support Page.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Submit the Contact Form: Fill out the contact form from our Support Page with details about the issue.
2. Await Response: Our team will review your submission and contact you via email within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
3. Return Instructions:  In the event that your product is deemed defective, covered by warranty, and we find it necessary, we will provide instructions to return the product to one of our facilities.
4. Replacement: Upon receiving your return, we will process it and issue a replacement.

Please note: If it is determined that your product is not eligible to be covered by our warranty, we will inform you and do our best to assist you in resolving the problem.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AIAIAI shall have no liability of any kind for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or expenses that arise from the use of their products. As some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain rights, the above limitations may not apply to you. You might have additional rights to the above-specified rights and this warranty does not restrict these rights. This limited warranty supersedes all other warranties that are associated or included with this product.
