Setting up your device to avoid hiss noise:

1. Connect the X01 to your device headphones output using the neon cable
2. Make sure the H10 and X01 are paired
3. Turn the volume down on your H10 headband until the hiss noise is acceptable or gone
4. Turn the volume up on your device to your desired level
5. Adjust the volume on the H10 headband to find the balance between hissing noise and desired volume level
