Firmware 1.2.1 (latest) improvements:

• Volume setting now saved between power off and on
• No longer auto shut down during Skype/Teams calls
• Other minor improvements

How to upgrade

You can update your H10 headband with the firmware updater. Please note, for now it is only available for Windows 10 or newer (64 bit). A version for Mac users is expected to launch early 2023.
