If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 30 days and return your product in its original, unused condition including packaging. If the product is not in its original condition, we unfortunately cannot accept the request for refund.

Within two weeks of receiving the shipment back, a refund will be made to the credit card originally used for placing the order. Please note we are not able to compensate you for products lost during shipping back to us, so please keep the receipt from the carrier to work with them directly.
