You can update your H10 with the below firmware update. Please note, that, for now, it is only available for Windows 10 or newer (64 bit). A version for Mac users is expected to launch early 2023.

Please use the following download link and follow the instructions below:

How to update:

1. Click the Download link
2. Open the file you just downloaded and go through the installation process
3. Please make sure to select Qualcomm USB Debug Drivers when going through the Qualcomm Combo Digital Architecture Drivers setup.  
4. Press ‘Begin’
5. Turn your H10 in Bluetooth mode (turn the switch to blue)
6. Connect your H10 with the USB-C cable to your PC
7. Please choose ‘H10’ and press ‘Upgrade’
8. Please confirm the correct product and continue
9. If the AIAIAI updater is unable to connect to your device immediately following the installation, please reboot your computer and try again.
